The Newest Luxury Apartment in Bellevue Tennessee – NOVEL Harpeth Heights

I recently took a hard hat tour of the NOVEL Harpeth Heights to see firsthand their studio – 3-bedroom units, and I was blown away with the charm of this community. They are currently leasing, and have recently opened their doors and extended their touring opportunities to allow for walk-ins.
NOVEL Harpeth Heights design was inspired by the surrounding greenspaces and rolling hills of Bellevue. The main clubhouse resembles a country farmhouse with inviting indoor and outdoor spaces including a plunge pool in the back of the clubhouse. Close, yet far away the uniqueness of this community is it’s close proximity to downtown Nashville while at the same time being immersed in nature away from the hustle and bustle of the city.
This community sets a new standard for luxury apartment living in Bellevue with their wellness inspired amenities. Starting in the clubhouse, you’re greeted by an attractive entrance with a glowing fireplace and seating area on the left.
On the other side of the see-through fireplace is a large meeting room with a TV, soundbar, and a beautiful live edge wooden conference table.
Beyond that is another conference room that seats ten with a TV and great farmhouse style lighting.
On the other side of the building there is a bar with seating that looks on into a demonstration style kitchen.
The back of the clubhouse is where the fun happens. There is a huge game room with pacman, billiards, a TV for watching games, a wine dispenser, and skee-ball. This game room connects to an outdoor screened and covered porch that overlooks the pool.
The décor and ambience in the game room really makes you want to spend some time here with friends. A lovely decorated tiled wall is next to the glowing skee-ball game.
Just beyond the pool table there are two sets of two player Pacman games. Through these windows you can see outside to the community garden and outdoor seating.

If you walk through the back side of the clubhouse, past the resort style pools, you will enter the detached gym. The styled entrance leads to a set of bathrooms as well as a massage room.
The equipment in the gym is state of the art including high quality machines, barbells, and more.
The gym is padded with rubber flooring and has all of the equipment that you could ever need for a energizing workout.
The kitchens have the finest furnishing including stainless steel appliances and gorgeous backsplashes.
The interiors of each apartment are attractive and pack a lot of space.
The bedrooms are spacious and connect to the adjacent bathrooms.
The units that I toured had tiled showers, stone countertops and walk in closets.
